Dont even bother wasting your time with this place! No one ever gets back to you, they claim to only have appts available 1 whole month out! HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE IF MY KID IS SICK RIGHT NOW? Pathetic. Definitely change your childs pediatrician if you are assigned to one here because they are serially a waste of time.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Run dont bring your kids here. First off no more walk ins are allowed what kind of pediatrician is this. The front staff is not helpful at all and very nasty over the phone left me waiting for 20 minutes on the phone just to set up an appointment.

Super unprofessional. They only care about money and even then they will give you the minimum amount of help. Staff refused to vaccinate my child because of a minor issue with my insurance that was actively being fixed. They spoke and claimed to speak to my child's father about his results ( they called a random number that I never added to my account) , but refused to give me any information about what happened and refused to allow me to speak to the doctor who made such a drastic mistake. This is for the Broadway Location. They have good days but just dont take the chance when it comes to your kids.

Called to make an appointment for my kids and they told me they wouldn't treat them even though they wasn't sick ,I just wanted a check up. But because they aren't all completely vaccinated they would not see my children. I felt like I was talking with someone from the groomers. To me it doesn't make sense if all those kids vaccinated they should be protected and if my kids are almost fully what's the problem? And so I just had my toddler who wasn't vaccinated.my kids are home schooled, they never get sick,if they do its rare. I couldn't even get a simple check up. Wouldn't recommend anyone to this place ,sheep follow sheep. I bet they all poisoned themselves with the covid shot. My 3rd kid cannot receive vaccines anymore because she's allergic and my 4th I wanted to do things right this time n let her body build immunity on its own before injecting her with vaccines . She's 4 and she's only been sick once with covid and once with flu.nevrr been sick a day in her life with anything else .she's is my healthiest kid.

Unprofessional staff. Was very rough with my daughter doing the heel prick test. Became very unfriendly and aggressive when I tried to advocate to just delay vaccines for alittle bit. Switched to a new pediatrician as soon as I walked out the door. Will never come back here!
