        Medical staff amazing! Front desk is a horro story! They never pick up the phone!!!!! And they have no knowledge what is going on.

        The doctors and medical staff are amazing! The reception is another story. You call and make an appliance then you show up and TELL them you have an appointment and sign in with the time of your appointment and then you waitandwaitand waitand finally an HOUR later, upon inquiry you are told that youre considered a walk-in because nobody put you in the system. Completely disorganized and disrespectful of your time. Whoever runs this office needs to invest in some customer service training for front desk staff on how to treat patients and their families.
