Front dest staff were super nice so is the doctor but nurses including the once in the lab are way over their heads and plain rude. They seem to forget that we are paying for all the care.

I was looking to find a primary care physician about an issue I was having for awhile. Being new to the area, I was looking around for a place to go and most places I looked made it difficult to even schedule an appointment. I found Advantage Care and it was as easy as going online and making the appointment . The next day , I got a follow up call from the office to confirm I would be there. On the day of the appointment , the office staff was very friendly and took all my information quickly and got me into the exam room in less than 10 minutes! I saw Dr. Pamela Donetz who was the BEST! She was very friendly and made me feel welcome and put my mind to ease and came up with a clear plan of action to tackle my situation. As someone who usually gets nervous going to a doctor , and as someone who will not choose just any doctor, I highly recommend this facility and Dr.Donetz! Kudos to you Advantage Care for making seeing a doctor so simple when many other locations on Staten Island made it very challenging to even book an appointment. I will use them again without a question!

First I want to address the poor reviews. 1 of them said that they needed to see the doctor and when they arrived the place was closed at 2 instead of 4 like the web site said. Even if this is true, there are very easy ways to schedule an appointment online. If the person had bothered to go online to make an appointment they would have seen that the place was closed when no appointments were available. This is not an urgent care, it is a regular medical office. The 2nd about a person talking about how the office is always empty and that they don't want to see patients. 100% untrue. The person is obviously not understanding how to use the scheduler. I constantly make appointments online and have NEVER had an issue, EVER. I have been using Advantagecare for years. As for it being empty, I look at that as a GREAT thing. Covid exists and because of social distancing they DO schedule LESS appointments. This keeps the office clean and people apart. I think this is GREAT. As for my visits, I think the place is amazing, always clean and the nurses there, especially the one with a buzz cut is amazing. Best nurse I've ever had and her shots are painless! Great great place.
