They need to update there information and not cool to have kids on ipads and phones in a doctors office get them headphones how would you like it if I blasted my radio on the phone have respect for patients if ya kid can't behave keep them home

I needed to be tested for penicillin allergy, and I went to Dr. Krol for that. I've read the other reviews, but I actually had a great experience at this office. It took forever to get an appointment (thanks, Covid!) but once I finally was able to start the process, it went smoothly. Everyone in the office was kind to me and explained things well. The process (the testing occurs over a period of like 3 weeks) went according to how it had been explained, and the wait time was never large.

Going 3 tears for allergy shots. Dropped me like a hot potato. Requested if I could get covid vaccine and she didn't even know i had asthma.. never called to give me more shots. Totally incompetent

This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone. They never return calls regardless of how messages you leave. I have severe life threatening asthma therefore I cannot be without my maintenance medication. EVEVER SINGLE TIME, not once, not twice but every single time I run out of refills the pharmacy contacts them and they do not respond. I went without for an entire week and during that time period I kept calling with no response. I asthma kicked in big time and kept having attacks. I finally went to the office and asked for my medical records so I could change doctors. The receptionist was so nasty and rude! It was a bother to look for the envelope with the copies of my records so she got annoyed. I told he Im done! Goodbye! Do yourself ya do stay away.
