I never write reviews. This is the first time I have written a review I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cordello.Luckily I read the reviews after I went to see him because I could not disagree more with the first three or four reviews that I read .My experience there was totally awesome. The staff was wonderful, and he was very down to earth. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Called today to set up an appointment for a physical. The receptionist told me that my ID card for my insurance needed his name in order to accept me as a patient. I called my insurance provider, had them make Dr. Frank Michael Cardello my PCP. The insurance provider told me that the doctors office could verify the change by calling them. They insisted that Dr. Cardello would not take me as a patient without his name on my card. I again called my insurance provider and had them call the office to verify the change had been made and they could take me as a patient. They told my insurer the same thing I was told and they added that even after I received my card with his name on it they would refuse to take me as a patient because I questioned their policy. I think this doctor forgot the oath he took when he graduated medical school. I am a diabetic, who needs to see a doctor every 90 days. I cannot believe that a doctor would turn away a patient because he is afraid of not getting paid. I was never given an option to guarantee payment if my insurance did not cover my visit ( which they would have). By far the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a doctors office. Avoid this practice at all costs.

My husband needed to see a PCP. He had a 3pm appointment. It is now 5 o'clock and still waiting. 2 hrs of waiting and still haven't seen the dr. Do yourself a favor and don't come here.

Girls at the office are angels. Doctor is excellent. Going here for 20 years.
