I never go there and get the service I want. Few days ago, I went to make a withdrawal and the teller was very rude. I had a question,  she was not patient or understanding and she yelled without making an explanation why my card can not be used at their bank. I closed my account there without regret.

There was a young banker that helped me with what I needed however the older lady (probably the manager) was so rude! Would never recommend this branch. She was so rude when she told me she couldnt help me with what I wanted. Got 5 members of my family, all with accounts at Santander. Been to different locations and the staff at these locations were respectful and polite however this lady was one of the rudest people Ive met. She was arrogant! I left and got it done at TD bank. No questions asked cause it was a simple request I had. Please check on her cause Ive had other friends complain about this very banker.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The teller was so rude and does not like to answer any question.
