I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with this bank, both for myself personally, and for my businesses. They are professional at all times, and assist us even with the smallest details. Susan, Cathy, and Jessica are the best in the business,. They really make it a pleasure to work with Empire. They have a knack for simplifying the complex, which is exactly what we need! I can not speak highly enough about the level of professionalism exhibited by every employee of this branch. They are professional and attentive to every detail. The staff is welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend and as the owner of a small local business I would never trust any other bank the way I do Empire. 5 stars!!
