Mike and his team could not have been better in dealing with an older Viking duel fuel, double oven, that needed a new bake element and module. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and made the repairs.
I was kept me in the loop for the details involving the part ordering, arrival and then scheduling a time for repair.
Fred installed the parts, tested the repairs, with little or no mess. Very professional but clear in explaining the repair process to me.

My dryer was making a noise like a bowling ball was in it, I spent a day watching YouTube videos to fix it to no avail.
I called Mike, who came to my house that same day (shortly after the call, in fact) and helped repair the dryer. It now runs great.
A-1 and Mike are a gem on Staten Island!
