My Refrigerator stopped working on a Friday Morning, I called Lucci Appliance, for a service call on hopes my Refrigerator can be repaired, the women told me a repair man will be at my home between 1pm and 5pm. At 4:45pm I call the office, as I have not heard from any service man, I  was told we will call you back, at 5pm I was told they were unable to get to me today and they can come on Monday as the service man was caught up in as n Emergency, REALLY so I waited home All Day and now at 5pm after me calling your office to find out I'm not getting service and it's to late in the day to call another company, with no apologies and the women had an attitude, rude, nasty with me, and just hung up! Please there are so many other reliable company's out there, call them !

Customer service was great until they took my order. Honestly, this business gives local businesses a bad name. After, I called (very upset) to find out what happened to the delivery I waited all day for, they hung up on me several times, yelled at me, wasted my day (waiting for a delivery that never came), refused to email me a refund (told me they cancelled my order but that didn't mean they refunded it, huh?). When I spoke to the delivery company they told me that they had not heard from them all day and didn't realize I needed a morning delivery (even though told me they communicated all this). Very bad experience (I never post these reviews). From now on, I'm sticking to large businesses like PC Richards and reading reviews like all the ones posted on Google. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. PC Richards will match any price and they are professionals.

The employees at the store were helpful, but after they took our money the customer service was horrible. Our appliance never arrived on the scheduled delivery date and after rescheduling- and confirming the new delivery date and time- they failed to deliver it again. It finally arrived on the third attempt, but was damaged. The store seems to have horrible communication among the employees and owner. We spoke to someone name, Rich who claimed to be the owner, several times during the whole ordeal and while he confirmed everything (delivery time and date) he failed to pass the information to his delivery team. Our purchase from them was a very frustrating and horrible experience and although we will need to buy more appliances in the future, we will not be shopping there again.
