Bad experience at 7AM on a Monday. The staff were very rude. It is preferred that patients check in via QR code, but my phone doesn't like QR codes for whatever reason, so I was unable to do this. I explained this, and asked if we could do it the old fashioned way. They said verbatim "No, you can't do it the old fashioned way". I was kind of dumbfounded at this statement. I was literally the only patient in the lab. After some grumbling behind the glass window, they called me back and drew blood without saying a word other than "make a fist". How can we expect all patients to own smart phones?

I was at the lab for a blood draw on May 10 at 12:00 They reopened from lunch and no one was there but me . They still did not call me in until 12:15. The receptionist and lab tech were to busy arguing about somerthing. I told the tech lab they use a butterfly needle when taking my blood. She and the other girl just laughed. She did not use a butterfly needle and acted as if she could care less. No caring what so ever. She really hurt me and just jabbed the needle in left me with a big lump where she took the blood. She has no business being a lab tech.

The technician did not give me alcohol towelettes on two separate occasions for a urine culture. The first time, I asked and she said there were no instructions on her computer screen that told her to do it. After I insisted several times, she pulled some out. The second time, I knew where she kept them and I pulled it out myself. Either she lacks common sense or did not care. She was also supposed to do another test on the urine and did not. She knew the test had to be done because I confirmed it when I walked in. Lastly, she did not do one blood test.
