        The lady that picked up the phone was rude, she didn't try to help with my questions about my bank statement and hung the phone up as soon as she got the chance. The two minutes i was on the phone with her she rushed me like i was inconveniencing her because i had an issue. Terrible service from a bank I've been with for over 10 years

        Worst experience ever, thought I was having a nightmare. Made arrangements for withdrawal and it was not prepared at time I was told. Nasty Lady(Manager?) that refused to give me her card or name decided to Interrogate Me and her Tellers over a 'Cashier's' check which was deposited & cleared 3 days earlier. I was humiliated in front of waiting customers behind me along with cars waiting in drive through as this Lady decided she was going to put me and her Telkers through the ringer. There's a place in Hell reserved for her. Key Bank should be Proud of her Actions. Rich
