        I would like to put zero star very rude and could care less when u have elderly people in line waiting over 10 min and can barley hold him self up while u count quarters that could have waited John is so nasty and rude Kyle is just slow and wanders they need to go

        Ive been banking with M&T for over 30 years and never had a single problem. Dan & the Crew in Hilton are the best!

        John the teller is VERY rude. I could not believe his snarky comments and lack of professionalism. His clothes looked sloppy and his name tag was upside down. M & T closed Hilton and Spencerport branches on Saturdays and Hilton also reduced Friday hours from 6 pm to closing at 5 pm.
