Clintwood Apartments

I lived here for 4 years, the first two werent bad, but the last two were a nightmare. Terrible neighbors, constant noise, particularly slamming doors, slamming kitchen drawers and cabinets at all hours. You wont get a moments peace here, which is made even worse when you work from home. The manager at the time, Katie McBride, did absolutely nothing about the noise complaints, and its the main reason I moved out of there and broke my lease to do so, it was that bad. Sounds like from some of the newer reviews, there is a new property manager who is just as useless. Stay away from this place

The WORST apartment complex in Rochester, NY. The management does not care about you, your family, or your well being. They just want to take your money and do the bare minimum. Their property manager, Taylor, has zero hospitality and zero interest in whats best for you & your family. No one here knows how to properly communicate with you, all they do is leave letters. I do not recommend to live here.

The manager (Tory) from this place is a bully, she is not helpful at all when moving in. If you don't have an American bank account and have problems for payment, she does not give you solutions, instead she won't hesitate to charge you late fees. I tried to tell her I had problems regarding my Canadian bank account making the payment and the way to manage it was to charge me another late fee (Very childish). I politely asked her to return me the late fees I was charged as I was literally having issues with my bank account. Her response was to charge me with another late fees. In total she charged me 2 late fees ($ 100.00 + $40.00 from the bank as the payment was bounced. When I told her that I was not going to pay for the "late fees that she had invented" she threatened to take that money from my deposit. This lady should not work as a manager in this place.
