Rochester Highlands

Scheduled to come in and start the process for paperwork. The day before I came in I called to verify the time , was given a time I called the day of to confirm as well . Drove 20+ mins only to be told, I was on the schedule but not at the time I came in. I was constantly reminded about the app fee though. The person in the office has a snarky attitude and doesnt listen to understand. I was given a tour of the apartments and the smell of the model was disgusting. You would think for my time and energy wasted the app fee would be waived. I think I dodged a bullet with this complex.

This place is a dump. Constantly garbage everywhere . The playground is basically unusable for my children because of the trash all around. Weed bags and blunt wrappers at a playground for kids. This place has over 300 units that pay rent every month yet the property cant pay a cleanup person. The heat stays at 72 yet its freezing all day and night. The walls are paper thin and its a hood rat show here. I cant wait to move. This place is terrible

A nightmare instead of plowing & salting the winding roads, maintenance is pounding in empty units before noon, the walls are so thin you can hold a conversation with the person on the other side, they also have a mentally ill man living in the very 1st unit who weilds a knife openly, pacing around with no shirt on in the rain & snow, but housing for hard working quiet living people can't be obtained, management is a joke and a bunch of entitled good for nothings who want to see people hurt by this crazed strategically placed mentally ill person as well and other highly unhinged people. Shame on on all of them.

Its like living near a night club. All times of the day and night theres bass shaking the building. I moved out here to have peace and safety but with how the atmosphere has changed Im looking to move as soon as possible. I would only recommend this property as a last resort. For the rent its really not worth the trouble or inconvenience to have to move multiple times and had to pay rent for a space you are not comfortable in.
