Doud Luxury Apartment Homes

I needed a place to rent quickly as I was not satisfied with a different property I was scheduled to rent. I took a chance on a last minute stop at Doud Luxury Apartment Homes for which I am glad I did. Everyone was so friendly welcoming & easy to work with. The team was able to finalize my unit in less than 24 hours allowing me to move in the next day, a Saturday at that. Due to the urgency there were a few minor imperfections yet in all fairness it was to be expected considering my need to rush before my POD arrived. However within the hour the team was onsite to resolve my concerns. The apartments are beautiful & developed nicely. Vince, Devon, Ethan, Steve, & I believe the painters name was Rick were professional accommodating & supportive from the first hello! I look forward to witnessing the development of the community! Looking for an apartment to rent and came across doud apartments looks nice but very pricey for being very close to a Motel that charges people per hour to hookup. Also it's not the safest area to live. They need to lower rent due to area by a few hundred dollars a month. Hope this helps others who are not familiar with the area.

A great location in Rochester! The units are beautifully built and well designed. I would highly recommend Doud Apartment Homes!

Couldnt recommend Doud Apartment Homes more! The complex is welcoming, clean, and luxurious. I truly cant believe how beautiful it is. Not to mention, the owners are extremely helpful, experienced, and most of all genuine.
