Literally waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and counting. Waited behind one car for 10 minutes and now waiting over 5 minutes to cash one check. Worst branch.

Super efficient location. Usually not crowded. Added advantage - they have multiple Notary Public on premises.

Went into the branch of Sterling to use the ATM and also to make a deposit. In and out no waiting even this was a great stop got what I needed to do quickly.
