Unable to access account due to address error. Takes an hour to reach any human voice. Never was able to speak to a live person . Frustrated

The bad: Terrible drive thru for Atm...Ya have to press the low vehicle button and then reach out..sometimes have to open the door to reach the screen.
The Good: Helpful and courteous tellers. Smart setup for covid response

Started trying since this morning at 9 am said was closed. I called branch on hold 20min I needed a supervisor was on hold for 10 mins, then was disconnected. Called corporate number on hold for an hour and I finally used the option to leave a message. It transferred me and an answering system stated this line is not connected please try your call again. This bank stinks. Good luck people.
