MRD Lawn & Landscape

I called in April regarding leaf service. It was too early to talk then. I called in July With the same objective, “I’ll check with the owner and call you back.” No return call. Called in September, “same exact response, no call back.” In October, you guessed it, same exact experience. I don’t recommend this company if you intend to get called back especially after the owners Mom answers the phone and promises she will call you in a couple days.

Edit: 6.18.2021 Mike and his team came through on their commitment to help my father with his lawn, in spite of the difficult environment with worker availability. Thank you Mike and crew. I am going to change the below to a positive review pending the outcome of our recent difficulties with MRD. I received a text from MRD and they have promised to follow through as promised. Fingers crossed. ********* Was a reliable, quality business 10 years ago, but that's now changed. Sent signed contract to them in early May (albeit a few weeks "late"), after, was told in mid May they could 100% help my father w/ weekly lawn mowing. Then, after lots of non-communication, changed their mind 2 weeks later (we relied on their initial response to the contract). They put my disabled father in a tough spot and lost a customer. We used them as recently as last year. Beware.... Mike seems to have lost interest in good customer service, to other pursuits I guess. I realize employees are hard to find. Then please, don't commit when you are unable. Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance

MRD used to be excellent. This year I have not been plowed three times while a neighbor 12 houses has been. When I call I’m not given a reason why or why I’m not on the list for the drivers to plow same time as neighbor - today she was plowed at 5:30 am. It’s 12:45 pm and I’m still not plowed. Found another contractor.

Always good work from MRD. From filling a huge crater in my yard, leveling and planting grass to mulch and crushed stone delivery, they can meet all your landscaping needs.
