I had Town and Country plow my driveway for a few years . First of all their price for close to $500. was crazy , they only came out a few times.
Over the years of them plowing out my driveway they would leave at least a one foot piled high of snow in front of my garage. When I called to ask why , they said they dont get close to the garage. I said for the amount of money you charge me each season, Id expect that the guy would get out and shovel it for me, Im paying you to do a service for me reason being because I cant do it myself . Their response was we dont do that. Then after these few years of doing my driveway, I get an email saying they dont do my area anymore. Poor service, try another company. They want to get paid , but they dont do a complete job.

Hi Esilda,We're sorry we were unable to accommodate your snow plowing needs for the upcoming season. I understand and appreciate how frustrating that is for you and apologize again for the inconvenience it may have caused. We did let you know, well in advance (September), and went as far as to suggest some other outfits in the area that might be able to help you. Your review of our service over the last several seasons feels retaliatory since it's in fact a direct result of your dissatisfaction over us no longer providing service to you. Had we been able to continue service, I feel confident you would not have left such a review. Also, for anyone else who reads and is curious - Our staff is trained to get as close as they comfortably can to garage doors when plowing snow. There is always going to be a small distance between the plow and the garage door left, on purpose, to mitigate any chance of damage. 1ft is actually a very short distance. We do not shovel any snow as part of our snow plowing service.

Landscaped around the house and trees with stone and block edging. Updated a large berm/tree area with topsoil, boulder edging, and mulch. At the end of the project, their work looks great. Repaired areas where lawn was damaged by equipment. Cleaned up well at the end of each day. Excellent job! Thank you T&C! Town and Country did my lawn fertilization this past year. They professionally applied their products on time per the program and the results are outstanding! Any questions I needed answers to were quickly explained by Marc. Will be contracting T&C for 2024. Service: Lawn care
