I contacted Blake Miller Lawn & Landscaping about replacement of wood deck boards with composite material. Within days, Blake came to the house to evaluate the project. He was totally prepared with samples and good knowledge of deck construction. He made suggestions based on experience and provided a number of options. He provided an estimate quickly and accommodated several changes that I requested.
The installation team of Chad and Felix did a great job. They worked efficiently and had all of the tools and materials to complete the job quickly. They answered any questions that I had and explained each phase of the job. Felix did a very good job and stayed focused on each task. Chad was an experienced carpenter, and his knowledge was evident. He was very talented in making precision angle cuts that fit perfectly.
A number of composite boards, received from the supplier, were damaged. They were in the middle of the pile, and not discovered until the deck was halfway completed. Chad informed me that they had some of the same boards at the shop, and he would bring them the following workday. The deck was completed by noon on the next day. There was some minor damage to the screen door during demolition. Chad took the door to a hardware store to be repaired. The repaired door was returned to me a few days later by one of Blakes staff.
Overall, I was very impressed with Blake and his staff. They did excellent work, in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. I highly recommend them for any deck work that may be needed.

Small job, reasonable price, will use them again I'm sure.
And they cleaned up!
