      image 2 not at fault auto claims in 2021. Less than 1000$ each. Cancelled my Insurance. Agents could have cared less. No personal service anymore.

      image As a Allstate user for a very long time. (20 plus years) Never having an accident. I am very disappointed with them. They raised my policy by almost double for having my first accident. Looked around and found a much better price. Time to move on from Allstate.

      image Be very careful folks. We had black mold by a window which we caught right away and they said it wasn't covered because the mold was caused by water that started leaking in the window. I don't know how else black mold starts other than from moisture........FROM SOMEWHERE!!! Watch what you are signing from this company!! 23 years with this company!!!! I see they value loyalty!!!!
