This used to be more efficient but has gone downhill. Their customer service responses are just rude. Their scanning times are often 24+ hours. I've had mail delivered well over a week after postmark (domestic). If you want your mail to be scanned quicker, you can pay extra. Scans used to take a few minutes to a few hours. Clearly, they are now throttling those scans to entice people to pay extra if you want it done sooner. They announced the location of the address I had been assigned was closing and had to use a new address. This sucks for those of us that have been using the address, checks, correspondence, etc., for years. Little warning given. Not even a "Sorry... here's a month of free service". These addresses are set up at UPS stores and their really LONG addresses they give you to use have been nothing but issues. Some companies I've done business with will tell me their system does not allow that address, so I have to use a home address for that, which makes it difficult for those of us on the road. As others have mentioned, $15/month is not exactly accurate. You can get a $15 address in 1 location. The rest are considered premium addresses. Also - be aware that you can't forward mail once you cancel so make sure you start updating your addresses to wherever you switch to (and you will switch) before you cancel. I'll be looking for a different provider and be using the last of my prepaid months to transfer out. Customer for 6 years.

Worst experience ever. Horribly rude and unorganized customer service. Lost a ton of mail because of them. If you travel like I do and you were looking at them as a solution to your mail problems, RUN. Go to a competitor.

We've used Traveling Mailbox for 2 years now, while we've been working in Europe but still retaining the USA as our home for all correspondence purposes. I've consistently found Traveling Mailbox to be fast and reliable, even for quite complex forwardings (checks to my bank; important physical documents to France), and to be very fairly priced for the level of service. Great web interface, fast scanning etc, great customer service for the occasional hiccup. Very good to have a mailing address that is very near my home in NY City - which meant I didn't have to do any over-complicated changes-of-address. Highly recommended.

Few months after cancelling my service, got $14 charge about a package they received in my name with an invoice including some BS fees. I asked many times what these fees are and if they were going to send me what they received. I am guessing they are keeping my items AND charging me for it even after my subscription is cancelled few months ago. Oh, they only responded to my first message, not responded to my questions - following up 4 times didnt help.
