I was thrown out by the manager because I said the address to ship to was not in the system. I said please check- last 12 months shipped 40 documents to this atty.
He said I had attitude for questioning and He Would Not Ship. And he would call the police if I didnt leave. He said that while I was Already leaving.
I went to the next UPS store. They found the address in my account. I of course would have given it to the first store manager if he let me.

Staff is always friendly and helpful . Even when they are busy it's Always a pleasant visit when i go there

I called this store for help because I was having issues getting through to regular customer service. The man was immediately hostile, and HUNG UP ON ME after about 30 seconds.
Mind you, I was being pleasant and friendly. I was just politely asking for help. He did not want to help a UPS customer, therefore should be fired from UPS.
