I was recently in this store.. there was a irate customer trying to get something shipped for free was belittling staff members calling them racial slurs . I was very impressed with the employees. They stayed calm and handle it very professionally. After customer left they were very friendly with me and helped explain packing services .

Tania needs to fix her attitude when the customer who was ahead of me was being serviced she was friendly but when I was next her whole demeanor changed, I asked a question and she was dismissive.

Nice until you have to anything involving a transaction. Why it takes 15 minutes to ring up a roll of $7 (seriously) packing tape is beyond me...and since they don't accept cash you can just wait while the line grows longer. Sigh.

Do not choose this location!
Whenever I am there to drop off the line is huge cause the staff is just extremely slow(other than rude).
Dropped off 2 packages for return one week ago. One of them got lost(they cant even find it in their system even tho it has been scanned)and now I lost a large amount of money because of them.
Called literally 20 times just for being put on hold for 15 min each time while they were checking where my package was.
The employee Tania(not even sure thats her real name) was extremely unprofessional and couldnt care less.
Just think twice before doing your job wrong,and try to put yourself in other peoples shoes that lose money cause of your terrible and disappointing job.
If youre unhappy and cant do your job properly,change work place!
