Worst USPS location I have ever been to. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They constantly don't show up on time and as a result there are long lines early in the AM. They also take inappropriately long lunch breaks. One time (around noon) an employee informed the line outside that she was going to lunch and would be back until 3pm.

The clerk Sarah was so unnecessarily rude and condescending that I cried. The other clerk just watched as Sarah then made fun of me for crying. I left halfway through the shipping process and went to the location at 103rd st. Only come to this USPS if you like to be belittled, want to do psychological research on verbal abuse, or you want to witness a human monster. USPS, please find Sarah a job in the back room, and replace her with someone who doesn’t make the world a worse place. This lady is toxic. Sarah, if you’re reading this, change your life.

Still infamous. 1 employee for 15 people in line. Budget one hour or more if you want to get anything done.

I went in today with my support dog to drop a pre-paid package into the slots that usually are found next to the door. The clerk berated me and continued to yell, not allowing me to ask my question. I left and went to the 116th post office and used their slot. This behavior is consistent across the board regardless of the post office I use. I’ve never, in my 52 years, been treated the way these guys speak to other human beings. It’s not just rude, it’s abusive. One might even go as far as to call it verbal assault.

This is like one of the fake post offices in Pyongyang. It is nothing at all like the other post offices in NYC. Here the lines are short, the customers are not lost/confused and the employees are fast, friendly and efficient. I think this post office is like this because there so many students from other countries and it would be downright embarassing for the USA to have a normal post office in this neighborhood. All foreign students visit the post office frequently and if they visited the one on 104th they would tell the people that the post office in the usa is like some 1980s third world country.
