They harbor organized criminals from China (Check the FBI raid that was done around Halloween 2023. I tell no lies). Illegal migrants sleep, defecate and urinate on the hallways of the property during the night. The bathrooms went from ugly to downright ghastly after the migrants arrived - the toilet seat and floors are their litter box. Gotham Mini Storage has become a migrant shelter and relay station. The migrants are always blocking off the driveway entrance with their vehicles, vending carts and rickshaws. Basically, they have the entrances to stairways and bathrooms cut off to other authorized vehicles that parked near the bathrooms. During Ramadan, the Muslim Migrants took hold of the bathrooms and surrounding area to perform their prayers (which I respect), and thus precluding access to others. Although the USA has freedom of religion, this is a place of business and there's separation of church and state for a reason. Surely there are mosques and other places of worship nearby. This is New York after all. I'm not out there reciting the stations of the Virgin Mary during Lent and Easter season in places of business, unless the end goal these young males ultimately have is to make us all live under Shariah law, right here. That's how it all started on 9/11. You might as well invite Jehovah's Witnesses, LDS Church Missionaries, and other religious groups to proselytize... However, I'm not sure if prayers can save this dumpster fire . However, the landlords have beef because we took footage of them (our unit is in the blind spot of the camera, convenient, no?) and their associates harassing us every time we went to check our unit. The men would come to take the cart away from us because they wanted it right now, even though my unit is on the 'second' floor. As a result, I had to jump down after another customer took the cart away from me. In addition, the managers engage in a mass surveillance practice called 'gangstalking.' They collaborate with Fusion Centers to stalk innocent and unsuspecting Americans. There's always someone who knows somebody else stalking and watching us in the vicinity of the storage whenever we go. One does not need to believe me - research for yourself. This is not fringe; it's out there. The landlords are designated Fusion Centers' gangstalkers, who are only, too happy to harass, send stalkers after unsuspecting victims (especially women), to then unleash their misogynistic and predatory rage on them for complaining about the abuse. The males in their staff are especially dangerous... They are in the habit of staging unsafe situations for women -- such as sending predators after us. They would send creepy men after us demanding the ladder we were using, and making the rounds on us like sharks, antagonizing us, while we tried to conduct our business. Complaining to management will only invite gaslighting, more/escalated gangstalking, disrespect, intimidation and threats of violence -- if you are female of course -- and especially if you are not white. They play favorites: white people get First class treatment, other Dominicans get treated okay, while the rest of us need to be male if they are to be treated with respect. Otherwise, be prepared... These people act like a camera is a weapon. In a place where law abiding citizens are prohibited from defending themselves, the camera is the only civil way to protect ourselves in the face of harm. Gotham Mini Storage is not going to force me to become a victim in your blind spot. What is your endgame? Murder by landlord for denouncing crimes and abuses. Edit March 31, 2024: Women in NYC are not safe from misogynistic monsters and we're risking femicide for telling the truth. This is the landlord beating us up, threatening to kill us and later trying to run over my mother who was only protecting me from this beast. Gotham Mini Storage will not silence me. We're not your punching bags! If GMS kills me and my mother, at least this is the last living evidence that we've left behind for others to learn from.

They closed down due to police activity for 3 weeks (nobody could access their units), they open late, but theyll be right there on the first with their hands out for the rent.

These guys seem to be money hungry. They really don't care about keeping their long term tenants, all they care about is drastically increasing their rates every few months. If you get a good rate with them, please don't sit comfortable, expect at least a 30% to 40% increase coming your way shortly. I think they feel they can get away with it coz some people don't want to deal with moving to another storage facility. I'm getting outta there! What exactly is the increase for? Its not like anything has changed. You only have one working elevator that takes days to get to each floor, You only have one tiny filthy bathroom, you still have the same number of employees, some of whom seem so nonchalant over the phone, they could care less about what you have to say. There's not enough parking, not enough carts, every time I go there I have to clean my unit coz of the dirt that comes from the vents,.. I mean The list freakn goes on. Show us proof of why you keep raising the rent in such huge in increments. We need proof & receipts. I'm freaking livid!!
