        Everything was super easy, convenient, clean, etc. The only note I have for you is that modifications to standard hours should be blasted out - unthinkingly, I went to my unit on Easter and the location was closed - it'd be easy to send a quick note to everyone who rents there that hours differ - and it's especially important for those of us who have just taken our storage units!

        I'm very pleased. The manager on duty at 444 West 55 st. Is extremely helpful, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Which is most important. For my first storage, I made a good choice. Thanks.

        CubeSmart changed their opening hours and posted this inside the storage facility - there was no email communication or notice posted outside. Their staff were rude and discourteous when I asked them about this. The units are now overpriced compared to others in the area.
