The experience is not bad, it would be better if a conveyor belt can be installed on the side of the stairs to facilitate the handling of luggage and goods

I recently used Local Locker Storage in New York to store some of my belongings and was impressed with their service. The location was convenient and easy to find, and the locker was clean and well-maintained. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, answering all of my questions and making the process of storing my items quick and easy. Additionally, the security measures in place gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe and secure. Overall, I had a positive experience with Local Locker Storage and would recommend them to others in need of storage services in the New York area.

A new-ish self storage start up company that leaves some rooms for errors and really need to update the way they work and inform customers. On my move in day that I chose several days before, I got a big surprise when I arrived with my boxes to the unit I rent to find there was a combination lock still on the units gate! There was no one working there and when I tried to call and text the customer service, they stopped working at 6PM but the storage stays opens until 9:30PM. The welcoming instructions said any traditional lock from a hardware store should work which is not true. I spent $24 buying a heavy duty outdoor lock and it was too big for the hole you are supposed to put a lock through. What a messy first move in day! They should really send someone there to make sure the unit is actually vacant and ready for new tenant to move in if they dont have a staff on site. Besides these mishaps, the staffs are nice and attentive with great communication through emails and texts. I was gonna give 3 stars but the staffs attentiveness earned them another stars.

Loving the concept of a walk in closet on my block... Super diligent customer service. I'm hoping to have my file cabinet not in my home anymore... Covid is changing the way we live our lives :)
