Humming Homes

HUMMINGHOMES, a tech/app based housewatching service, was anything but high tech!! The app- didnt work. Kept getting emails that they were working on it. CAN NOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN- EVEN THE ONE WHOWAS CHECKING YOUR HOME. PAID THEM A YEAR UP FRONT- 2 months into my year contract I received an email that my fee was going up 113%. They wouldnt honor the fact that I PAID for a year ahead of time. A shower rod fell. The Housewatch was not allowed to put the bar back up. I would have to have them come an extra time ($60) and they would need to call a handy man to put a tension bar back up (?cost). My housekeeper did it the next week. Took all of 60 seconds STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.

I have been a subscriber for a couple of months. It's a game changer. They have professional polite staff and make dealing with all the household maintenance and handyman jobs easy. All the contractors have been great so far. Done well on time with solid work. Night and day from what we had to deal with in the past.

Humming Homes is an awesome service for managing your home in Westchester County. The app is really easy to use, their vendors are top-notch, and they give really helpful price/quality comparisons on local service providers. They can handle any kind of home project (HVAC, plumbers, electricians, general contractors, handymen) and the vendors show up on time and are very reliable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to ease the burdens of managing one's home
