If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Most irresponsible company ever! They hire reckless drivers who hit pedestrians standing perfectly still on the sidewalk just so they can cut a few seconds to park in reverse. Tried calling multiple times and they dismissed me like it was nothing. A human life is worth more than your disgusting company profits! A simple apology is hard for people like them apparently.

BEWARE!!!! the most inattentive management company ever!!! They will buy out your building and once your lease is up they will not renew and kick you out without notice! When this happened to us we called and emailed for days to hear what was wrong and they just responded saying they can't back to us because they're on "vacation" for the next 2 weeks!!! Had problems with them for the entire year with communication and never fixed anything in the building. Made everything worse.

Terrible management company..they never address any issues tenants have. They took over my building in Brooklyn and it has gotten worse. No issues have been resolved and I have contacted my property manager only to be ignored
