These negative reviews are so crazy. Lived here for 6 years. The building and apartments are great. Free gym and AC. quick in requests and repairs. Great doormen and other staff. Nice gym. Great roofs. Super location for kids. The idea that people don’t move because it is a hassle is absurd. They don’t move because the building is great. Yes the elevators don’t work too often but that’s life. More than one not working has never happened since I moved in. And the water shutting off often midday is not true. 5 stars. My children and I love this residence. Completely. Are these negative reviews posted by a competing management company? I think so. Oh and no broker fee! Luxury building at its best!

This place seems great on the outside- the inside is another story. It is a very old building where the elevators never work properly, mail packages get lost, and most doormen/“security” are not friendly. Although it’s has never happened to me, I’ve heard of people having their laundry stolen. Additionally, I do not expect quiet due to being in NYC- however, you’ll almost never get a good nights sleep. Construction is always going on at some level of the building at all hours. Since my time in the city I have met people who live in other Glenwood management buildings and have a good experience. My recommendation to anyone would be to check those sites out for this is for sure not a “luxury” building.

5 of our ackages just disappeared in their mail room, drilling noise never stopped,.because they rennovate and rennovate, water off in a mid of the day, neighbours above nailing walls at 10pm, neighbours downstairs overdose marijuana, washers stink of mold,.dryers charge but then dont dry...all complaints- no reaction from the management only told by the house manager, that if we don't like it, we are free to relocate somewhere else.
