The total charge for Jodie’s grooming was based on a detailed and careful approach needed for her specific condition. The base price of $120, along with tax, brought it to $132.12. The additional $20 was a specialized fee for handling severe matting, a common but necessary charge for the extra time and care required. We are touched by the $20 tip you left, which brought the total to $172.12. While we proposed a six-week follow-up schedule to prevent such severe matting in the future, we completely understand your need for flexibility, especially with travel plans. We’ve noted your eight-week schedule and want to assure you that we are committed to working with you to maintain Jodie’s health and happiness. Regarding the pricing comparison, we aim to offer competitive rates while ensuring the highest quality of care and attention. Should your circumstances change and you find it more convenient to have Jodie groomed somewhere else, we understand and wish you the best.
