Brought my Lagotto in for a trial grooming because we are new to the city and we show him. When I picked him up I was disappointed because he looked like a giant Bichon but the gal at the desk asked if I wanted his hair to be curly (not fluffed), This is how Lagottos are groomed. I said yes and she brought him back for a quick spray and he came out looking like the breed he is. Over a few days any fluffiness was totally gone. I was very impressed that they realized there was a difference and I will bring him again. Great job

Love this place! I have taken three of my dogs here for various services. Grooming is great, daycare, and boarding. I always feel safe leaving them here! Thanks.

$100 Bath after tax and REQUESTED TIP! Just a bath, no grooming! Staff has zero training. Attendant told me I had to leave tip in cash because her boss doesnt want to pay taxes on creditcard tips! Hahah seriously? I dont give a s*** what your boss wants, I am the customer! She replies “ the old man that owns the place makes us do it†LOL horrible experience, NEVER coming back!

This is my second time to precious pets. First time I went their the moment walked In I should of ran out. A woman was leaving and complaining about how horrible her schnauzers haircuts came out. I still let them cut my dogs hair. The hair cuts was awful just how expected. I gave them a chance since they are very convenient to my house. So basically I just sucked it up. Now the second time is WAY worse. The cashier said did I want to look at my dogs and let them know if I’m ok with them. Their haircuts seemed ok. I said yes thanks. I realized when I came home that the dogs haircut looked choppy. Then It gets worse I realize my dog is BLEEDING. The groomer didn’t tell me that my dog was nicked. I am in disbelief her PRIVATE area is so inflamed and I have to wait 4 days because the holiday weekend to get to vet.
