There is such a great team at Harlem Animal Hospital. Efficient, kind and most importantly - trustworthy! Me and my pets were so well taken care of - from Mary making the appointment and caring about my concerns, to Dr. Colon and Madison being kind and attentive at the appointment. I will always go to this vet. Petunia and Amelia thank you!

My little Frenchie, Frank Biggie suddenly became ill. I had tried everything for at home remedy plus had a virtual vet appointment that morning. Anywhoafter calling several other vets and getting a cost estimate equal to a ransom I called Harlem Animal Hospital. Fees are reasonable. Service is A-1. Care, exceptional! I was asked before anything was done, and the cost was presented prior to as well. Frank Biggie and I will definitely be back.

Great animal hospital. Excellent doctors and care. 1 star gets deducted for the groomer Nelson, I wrote on the form Dont trim his tail hair and I told him verbally not to touch his tail but needs a short cut all over. On top of this, he added $15 for Chewy being difficult. Lucky for me his hair grows out thick and fast- his tail is long and flowing because hes a SHIH TZU!!! Shame on him for not following directions! Edit on 1/24/24 I received a lovely phone call from the practice manager Amanda Agurto who explained that Nelson was an independent contractor and not a direct employee of Harlem Animal Hospital. She apologized for him not doing what I asked and stated shed talk to him about what happened and confirmed this isnt something they will dismiss as they want their customers to be happy with the services. I appreciate being heard and her taking the time to discuss it.
