Horrid, dial-up like internet, 5-10 disconnects a day, cheap modemn/router boxes, technicians come out and problem is never fixed, easily 0/5 stars. Internet should be nothing more than $10 a month for the quality not $50.

I would say this is the worst internet service Ive experienced but I dont have internet so its hard to call them an internet service provider. DO NOT, DO NOT use gigstream if you can help it. I work from home and havent been able to do so because the speeds are ridiculously slow, at one point I was getting a 0.26 Mbps download speeds and 1.4 upload while paying for 1gig. The rest of the time there are glitches, disconnecting and connecting throughout the day and the speed dropping for hours. Those were the good times, right now I havent had service at all, none, not even for am hour in the last full day. And their CS talks pretty but does nothing. Ive reached ojt three times in which they say theyre prioritizing and will let me know of updates only to hear dead silence and no solution. Ive already requested a new installation of another isp, once thats set you better believe Im cancelling IMMEDIATELY. What a joke of a company.

worst network service I have used. I have connection 2-3 times per month. it is not acceptable at all. the support service is bad as well. no one answer the phone. no email response as well. the only thing you can do is just wait. You can also see all other people's devices on your network. someone can casting or airplay video on you TV.
