Windstream Retail Store

We have had this service for 9 months now and we have not had any major issues. Out speeds are 150mbps + constantly. Recently had a small issue were we would loose a connection for a minute or two. Called Windstream and a tech was in the next day to replace out wire at no cost to us. Great service great product and most importantly great price!! Edit 2 years later, we are still running strong.

At the beginning of the year I switched from another local company to Windstream and got 400mb fiber and I am absolutely so pleased with this internet. My bill is over $100 cheaper than my previous company and I have more than double the speed. My connection is great in my 3 story house and the one time I did have a connection issue (due to a bad storm), they had a tech out in less than 24 hours to fix it for me. Deff recommend Kinetic by Windstream for internet and it’s really nice to have a local store to pay my bill at also and get local help when needed.

Fantastic customer service! I just moved to the area and I desperately needed service. They were able to set me up on the day that I called and gave me a fantastic rate! The fiber optic speed is great and I've not had any noticeable downtime. I work from home, game, and stream all of my television: the service is perfect for all of my needs. I cannot recommend them enough!
