I needed to pick up some equiptment and the staff was amazing. Not only did they all have my equipment on the ready but they made invaluable suggestions about hooking up the new Router and Modem. They gave me a splitter and some extra cable. I have never experienced this level of customer care and I also asked for a new remote. I brought in my old one and they gave me a new one on the spot. I received excellent client care from :
Alex, Monica and Joel. They all deserve special recognition as they went above and beyond for me. This is an amazing Spectrum store staffed with smart, caring, kind staff.

This Spectrum location is, apparently, too refined and exclusive to bother with their own equipment returns. They send you to an UPS store instead. This wrong on so many levels: 1. the lack of service should be advertised so customers don't waste time going to this location 2. Spectrum should deal with the routing of their equipment and, 3. if they are unable, UPS would gladly do a pickup!

Amazing team gave quality service and I love my new phone! Monica was extremely patient. All the teammates helped in troubleshooting the various issues I had. I left with my new device working. Extremely happy.
