In my opinion the store on 23 st is the gold standard on how customer service should be for the whole company I live in Queens but I go out of my way to Manhattan because the service is that good

I went to pick up a replacement remote controller. The place was virtually empty, so I was seen by a female clerk. She immediately handed me the replacement and I was on my way home. Couldn't have been in there more than 5 minutes. Thank you, Spectrum staff!

I have gone to so many spectrum store and this is by far the best spectrum store i have gone too. The Harlem store took care of me. Thank you Bianca.

Reconsider if you have the option to go to Verizon Fios. Their internet is not consistent and drops often, at least once a week. Their customer service is actually pretty good thus the 2 stars, but the quality is low. I wouldnt use them if I had the option.

Came back because I had issues with password issues with new phone. She was like I don't know I can't help you I don't know what to tell you. I waited 45 mins for this information . Waste of my time. Sorry I switched to them and bought 3 brand new phones
