Very nice woman in charge who placed me here. But while I've worked at the client successfully for over a year, naturally the client does not provide medical benefits and SOFT's benefits are not affordable -- priced basically the same as unsubsidized health plans through the Affordable Care Act website, which is grossly unfair since if it weren't for consultants like me, this firm would have zero revenue. CONSULTANTS ARE ITS BUSINESS -- why not take care of them? Hence my low rating.

Very professional + Ethical Business. I would call it a boutique firm as their operations are of very high standards. They don’t just propose a consultant just because they want to fill a position or please a client. I wish every firm out there should follow the same strategy and the consulting world will be a better place. Cathy, Dallin and Bonnie all are awesome. I have high respect for them. And wish them good luck in the years to come.

SOFT is a professional company that helped to advance my career. Dallin is very responsive to my needs as a first time consultant and I have no issue going to him all the time. It was a pleasure to work for this company for a year.

I worked with Dallin & Cathy on my first consultancy "Gig" after working for a software company for 30 years. I found them very professional and they understood my position, providing great advice all though the assignment of 18 months. They were upfront, honest and always available when needed. I look forward to working with them again if at all possible.
