Mike was knowledgeable, efficient, answered all questions intelligently, and has a great personality. We could tell that he really enjoyed his work and, as such, did a really good job of representing your company. We think you are lucky to have him. I have used Up Draft Heating & Cooling company for years and will never go anywhere else for HVAC maintenance and repairs at our house. Always prompt, thorough work and repairs done in a fair manner. This team is the best. I fully recommend them!

I had a new Ecobee thermostat installed. The tech who did the work was entirely professional and did the work quickly and thoroughly. Love the new thermostat since I can control it with Alexa! The installer answered any questions I had and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I've been with them for many years now and have no reason to go elsewhere.

Mike from Up Draft Heating & Cooling did a phenomenal job to quickly diagnose and address our A/C issues. He came by in the morning and quickly figured out what was wrong, said they needed to buy a new part - went out and was back within 2 hours to fix everything. Couldn't be happier with how everything worked out!!
