My call for an appointment with a plumber was returned within the hour. Jeffrey is able to help clear the clog in the same visit, whereas with other plumbing companies I've had a bad experience where they had to make multiple trips back and forth with the excuse that he brought the wrong machine, the cable wasn't long enough, the machine wasn't powerful enough, etc., and they also let the water keep running, which ultimately resulted in a $200 increase in my water bill.
