My ptac stopped blowing cold air. After getting quotes from a few local companies, I found atmos comfort to be the most competitive. They did a wonderful job. I recently hired Atmos Comfort for an Amana PTAC repair in NYC. Firstly, they are one of the most respectful and professional people that I have dealt with in a very long time. The level of customer service is top-notch. They were very attentive to my needs and accommodated my schedule very well. The two technicians that arrived to look at the unit were pros. Their expertise and knowledge was evident as they started to diagnosethe unit. They took a couple of minutes afterwards to explain what went wrong and how to avoid common problems in the future.
