First Street Heating & Air Conditioning Co rep contacted me ahead of time and was on time. I did not watch him perform the annual maintenance but feel like he did a good job. He was friendly, courteous and offered to answer any questions, though I had none. He offered to change the one filter in our system, but it wasn't necessary. It was a positive experience for me.

After having a furnace issue, I had a random reputable company come out and tell me what was wrong and give me an estimate. After shopping estimates, First Street Heating & Air Conditioning Company gave the lowest price. The technician who came out and was very professional knowledgeable and honest. This will be my go-to furnace/AC repair company going forward.
