I was in need of an emergency service HVAC contractor in the early am hrs. Called all local HVAC companies and noone responded on the first ring , like ProMasters did ! Alex and Joe showed up and immediately started working on diagnosing the rooftop unit. Within an hour they identified the issues and started making repairs. Enlisted and signed up all my Mitsubishi city multi units for HVAC preventative maintenance on a bi yearly basis to keep the units running and avoid future emergency calls and ac repairs Unfortunately we had a leak on the building water tower which flooded my Mitsubishi split system units. Reached out to ProMasters , as per my Preventative Maintenance contract we get priority and immediate dispatch within the hour Thankfully Aj, Cody and Brett showed up in 27 mins which saved us from any further damages to our units. As soon as they arrived they allocated each unit and shut off all units immediately. They than proceeded in the indoor air units and found water and wet areas inside my insulated duct which gave us time to get an air quality & industrial hygienist to further inspect the insulated duct and prevent it from spreading and growing mold. The HVAC experts made repairs to all our system and replace all insulated duct we couldnt restore back to existing conditions.
