Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York

I've been looking for days for the perfect hotel in New York and I think I've found it. I spent around 350 euros per night for a room for 4 people with a view, coffee machine, pods and free water every day in a central area close to Bryant Park, Times Square and Empire State Building. Excellent bathroom products. No other hotel of this standard and location had similar prices, all much more expensive. The staff is very kind, I had a small problem in the room (a trifle) and they repaid us by offering us an excellent breakfast in their beautiful adjacent restaurant. They kept our bags for us after check out all day and booked a car to the airport. Caring, clean hotel and rooms. Comfortable bed!

Stacie and Steve were fabulous! They made us all fell very welcome and comfortable during our visit to Manhattan last week. Our room was very nice complimented with wine and chocolate! All the hotel staff were kind, gracious and thoughtful. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I was robbed of 1000 in cash which was in the bag stored in the dressing room by the hotel staff. At the reception the director assured me that he would carry out an investigation, check the entrances and exits in the rooms, and assured me to come back to me at the end of the latter. I got no feedback of course despite his big promises. I had to take a flight that same evening so unfortunately I had to sit on this amount. A word of advice, put away all your belongings because the staff will go so far as to rummage through your luggage which is stored, I have never seen that. It's pitiful

I'll start with the positive things. The staff at the reception are very friendly and so are the staff at the door. Mr. Lutch was extremely helpful. There is free water all day long, and the location of the hotel is perfect, it couldn't be better. Now to the negative things, the rooms are extremely dirty, dirt and hair everywhere, there were 4 of us in the room. Unfortunately the sofa bed wasn't set up when I asked the employee where the blankets and pillows were, she brought me yellow blood-stained blankets that weren't covered . When I told her to cover the blanket, the lady told me she didn't have time, she would bring me covers and I should do it myself. It stank extremely and the whole sofa folded inwards so it was hell for us for a week. It was not possible to change rooms because it was apparently completely booked. The bathroom door was disastrous, you couldn't close it properly because it was a sliding door and didn't close properly. For 6 nights 2000 euros I would have expected more. The toilets downstairs resembled a public toilet so dirty they were. Hair everywhere, floor completely dirty. Toilet paper was scattered on the floor. I'm glad we were able to check out today.
