        I have a question for the hotel manager. I have now read through countless reviews, many of which are several years old. The same things are always criticized. The cleanliness, facilities and service sometimes leave a lot to be desired and your answer is always the same. People are working on it. But based on the reviews you can see that nothing has changed. Why is that?

        We came here with a group and they couldnt find our reservations. Ended up finding us four rooms (out of nine) and said they didnt have any more. The other half of our group had to go to a different hotel, the Sheraton, definitely much better than that one. DO NOT RECOMMEND. No one really made an effort to understand or try to help us much, expect for Seth at breakfast. Hair in every showers, not sound proof at all. Slept with the beautiful sound of police sirens and taxis honking. 400+$ for that?? Nonsense. A couple rooms have AC that DO NOT WORK. Save your money and go somewhere else, please. Do not trust the pictures. Very humid and disgusting floor, socks became dirty very fast. Very disappointed.

        I got a room for 3 nights that was located next to the all 3 elevator shafts. Elevators make lot of noise when they operate, similar to a truck going by. Since it's a large hotel, elevators operate basically non-stop 24/7. Earplugs don't help because it's structure borne noise. It was not possible to get sleep and my stay was ruined.
