New York Plaza Florist

I had my best friend's funeral service. I needed a family piece last minute. So I asked this florist. They can make a beautiful piece up with all pastel colors. I paid almost $300 for this. And I got the most disgusting peace. I could ever imagine the wreath that I ordered had no bow. Didn't attach the car that I had typed up left spaces on the arrangement Used mostly red roses which is not a pastel color end flowers. I am mortified to have this put in a funeral room. I know it was something last minute that I asked for but to pay almost $300 for this. This is garbage complete garbage and I'm so embarrassed to have this piece. Put up in a funeral home and the florist owner should be embarrassed as well for that kind of work going out

The flowers were very fresh and beautifully arranged. My daughter loved them very much!
