I ordered a floral arrangement and recall telling the customer service rep I wanted to spend $100 total. I provided a message for the card insert and asked for a picture of the arrangement before ending the call. Unfortunately, they don't take pictures of their arrangements to send the buyer which was odd given I live out of state and agreed to pay $100 for flowers. Anyway, the recipient had no idea who the flowers were from because the card insert was not included. Then I checked my account and saw a charge for $127! I was annoyed and I called the place, the guy on the phone was rude and condescending. All in all, shame on me for supporting a local business and giving my card info before confirming the price. I will go back to using online floral delivery.

My bf orders flowers for me from here all the time. Through the months I have accumulated quite a few heavy glass vases from the arrangements. Today I called the shop to ask if they could pick them up, the gentleman said it's not worth it. He said he has to pay $10 to the delivery guy to pick them up & it's just not worth it. Ladies & gentlemen this is what's wrong with the world. We recycle, conserve & go green to try to slow down the deterioration of our planet & this shop would rather order new than to pick up used. I don't agree with such careless business practices & will be taking my business elsewhere.
