Amazing Service on a difficult day. Covid is horrible & I had a desperate need to send flowers to a sick friend in NYU Langone. Wow!!!!!! I could not be happier with AAA Flowers of NY. They were responsive, empathetic and kept me informed. They had me text my flower card info - which was so important for my friend who was very ill & is now doing a little better. Flowers say “WE LOVE YOU” better than anything - when you are unable to visit your loved one in the hospital. Thank you AAA Flowers of NY. I cried a lot today & helped make it better.

I talked to the security person and there isn't and there hasn't ever been a florist at this location. Phone number seemed to be unmanned.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband tried to send me flowers to work for Valentine’s Day. He spoke to a woman there and told her I really needed them before I leave work at 4. She said she would put down 12 on the slip to be sure I received the flowers on time. I NEVER RECEIVED THE FLOWERS AT ALL! And it was NOT a cheep bouquet. What’s worse is the hours say they are open till 8pm. So my husband called from 4-8, so pretty much all evening long to try and speak to someone and get a refund on the flowers I never received. No one answered at all! This Ruined Valentine’s Day for us.
