        After selecting my flowers, putting in my Free delivery code, and then my credit card information a $24.95 service fee is introduced just above the place your order radio button. I felt dooped because I spent all the time selecting my product, inputting delivery info, etc, and then my total almost doubled at the very last moment. The arrangement is beautiful or I would have gone somewhere else. Please be upfront about your billing and let your beautiful arrangements stand on their own, instead of making people feel good about their purchase with a Free $9.99 off delivery coupon code.

        Was not happy with this company at all.....besides the fact that delivery and service fee cost more than the actual bouquet, completely different arrangement was delivered (see pictures). Will not use again.

      I'm sorry you have confused us with Ava's flowers. We are Eva's Garden Florist. Ava's are an order gatherers, not florists. We do not have any promotions going on for this week. and we do not charge a service charge, we charge a delivery charge only. Please check again and remove your review.
